There are many things in our lives that can keep us from getting the proper rest we need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dreams.co.uk\/sleep-matters-club\/top-10-benefits-good-nights-sleep\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.dreams.co.uk\/sleep-matters-club\/top-10-benefits-good-nights-sleep\/\">Dreams.co.uk<\/a> some of the following are benefits of a good night sleep:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\">1. Sleep helps reduce stress <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your body doesn\u2019t get enough sleep, it can react by producing an elevated level of stress hormones, which are a natural result of today\u2019s fast-paced lifestyles. Deep and regular sleep can help prevent this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\">2. Sleep can improve your memory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ever noticed that when you\u2019re really tired it\u2019s harder to remember things? Sleep helps your body to fight back<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While you\u2019re sleeping your body is producing extra protein molecules that can strengthen your ability to fight infections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\">5. Sleep can help you maintain your weight<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, sleep won\u2019t directly make you lose weight, but it can help you keep it under control by regulating the hormones that affect your appetite and reducing your cravings for high-calorie foods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\">6. Sleep puts you in a better mood<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lack of sleep can make us more agitated, so we\u2019re more likely to snap at our boss or be grumpy with a loved one \u2013 neither of which is a good thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\">7.
