Today I wrap up my second Hero’s Journal and tomorrow I start a third.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This would be a time to reflect on what I’ve achieved, I feel like I have begun to become more mindful of myself, my limits and have been become better at understanding what my challenges are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the past 6 months, I’ve learned to be more mindful of my physical limits, learning to be more patient especially with quests that I know will take time. I have also learned to take care of myself more both physically and mentally. I have taught myself many new creative skills and have learned to take advantage of times when I feel most motivated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have also become more mindful of what my biggest allies are on my journey. I was very surprised to see that I am always my biggest ally with my husband being a very close second as well as my friends and family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am so grateful for the journey I am on and the things I have learned. I feel like my happiness and positive mindset have become more of a habit and will continue to maintain it always.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
