Yesterday was not a good day for me, work was frustrating and instead of letting things go, I let things fester to the point where I did not get a whole lot of sleep last night. I fully admit that I did it to myself, at the end of the day if someone is annoying me or making me angry I really need to learn to not allow them to have power over me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today was much better, I talked it through with the hubby this morning and it helped to figure out a few things. I ended up having a productive day at work and my afternoon was relaxed as I worked on some of my projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The good thing is that days like yesterday are very few and far between. Today I am already feeling a lot more relaxed and happy and a few days or weeks from now yesterday will be a distant memory. I have a four day weekend and Halloween to look forward to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am already preparing things for Halloween night, last year because of quaratine I prepared little goodie bags and set up a self service trick or treat station. This year I plan on sitting outside like we do every year and hand out candy. I’ll have my digital decorations up and spooky music on. Like we do every Halloween we will be ordering some pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I plan on really having some fun this weekend, enjoy one of my favorite holidays, go to the movies and spend some time with friends and family. It’s all about making good memories so days like yesterday don’t make an impact.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
