I am really happy at the moment, I came home to find a wonderful gift from my husband waiting for me that put such a smile on my face. The Disneyland Haunted Mansion from Department 56. Looking at just brings me joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My original post was talking about politics, it seems like my news feed has been politically driven for the last few days and it was frustrating. Two things I swore I would never do on this blog was talk about politics or religion and I was almost ready to hit publish on a long political rant that I decided to delete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Instead, I’m going to take a break from social media, which for the most part means FaceBook. I’m going to focus on the happy things in my life. It was politics that sent me down a rabbit hole of anxiety back in 2020. It was during that time that I realized I needed to stay focused on my happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m going to spend time with my hubby, work on my long list of art projects, and enjoy my fandoms. Get ready for Dragon Con and try to finish spring cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ll still be around, I’ll still be posting my blog and I’ll still be active in a handful of groups. Especially The Hero’s Quarter. I started to take a step back yesterday and I am already feeling loads better.
