{"id":518,"date":"2021-03-01T10:30:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-01T15:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/happybunnytales.com\/?p=518"},"modified":"2022-01-07T13:06:06","modified_gmt":"2022-01-07T18:06:06","slug":"happy-journey-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/happybunnytales.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/01\/happy-journey-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"2021 Happy Journey"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>So in my first ever blog post on this site I talked about my Happiness Journey of 2018, as helpful as that Journey was I also realized that I needed to continue that journey and not assume everything is good and that I will never be overwhelmed by negative thoughts and sadness ever again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well Life doesn&#8217;t work that way does it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working on a positive mindset is like losing weight, you will always have to maintain or else you spiral right back down that rabbit hole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2020 was quite the rabbit hole for many, and though there was some light this year it was a year filled with uncertainty, loss and fear. This year I experienced an unprecedented amount of anxiety that I had not felt for many years and it was thanks to my husband, my family and my friends that I made it through the worst of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So what I need, what we all need is a Happiness Journey. For me in 2018 this took the shape of daily Facebook posts. For 2021 I have this wonderful site and other platforms to utilize. I will focus daily on the things in my life that me happy and that I am grateful for. Most things might me repeats of my 2018 journey and some things will be new as I try to find new adventures in my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If some of you have read any of my previous posts you will know that I am a lover of all things Fantasy and Science Fiction. I have also finally started playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends for the first time ever.
