The Quest to Continue Celebrating Our Love…Sorry, Still Being Sappy

While yesterday was a great day we are still continuing our anniversary for the next couple of days and today we spent the day at Epcot, even though we love the Magic Kingdom and MK has a couple of our all-time favorite attractions, the Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean our favorite park has always been Epcot.

Because Epcot is larger it doesn’t feel as crowded and there is something about Epcot that makes me feel relaxed and helps me to destress. Epcot has been my Happy Place for a very long time, especially the French Pavilion.

At the Frech Pavillion, I love the Impressions De France attraction (not to be confused with beauty and the beast sing along) and the new Ratatouille attraction, but the best part is the adult kiosk that sells the Grand Marnier drink which is one of our favorite drinks.

Japan is also one of my favorite pavilions, it’s here where I have been introduced to Ice Cream Mochi and I love shopping the Japanese stores. I have so many little soy sauce plates and rice bowls that I have collected over the years. And as corny as it may some I had had some revelations about myself at this pavilion.

Another of my favorites is the Norway Pavilion, the replica of the Stave church is another place that has helped me on my own spiritual journey and I love it so much I even made a wooden model of it that I still have and keep in our library and it is one of my biggest craft accomplishments.

The Land is a place where Jason and I have also made a lot of memories, one of our favorite attractions that sadly no longer exists was Food Rocks. It was a clash of 80’s music with healthy eating and it was one of the most epic things ever.

But our absolute favorite attraction at Epcot has been and always will be Spaceship Earth, as lovers of history for us this attraction never gets old.
