Happiest Place on Earth?

What of the things I am looking forward to the most once we are fully vaccinated is being able to go back to the theme parks.

The last time I went to Disney was in October when we celebrated my birthday at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. Considering how close by we live and the fact that we have annual passes you would think we are there all the time but unfortunately the last couple of months have just been extremely busy and with an end in sight with the vaccine and increased capacity we decided that it was just not worth the risk.

With all that said why do I love Disney so much? I love it for many reasons.

As annual pass holders, we typically try to go at least twice a month. If not in a park then probably Disney Springs or just visiting the resorts.

Disney has always been called the happiest place on Earth. I feel that for me this holds very true, every time we go to Disney I’m leaving the world behind and entering a realm where I can be stress-free, relax, and be myself.

Even though Epcot is my favorite park, especially during the Food and Wine festival, my all-time favorite attraction has always been The Haunted Mansion which I will go into more detail about in another post.

A good friend of mine gets antsy and itchy if he doesn’t go to Disney on a regular basis and I find that I am the same way. There is just something about it that allows you to physically and mentally escape to a world that is so magical. Disney is not just for kids folks, this is a place for adults to also unwind and find their inner child.

Hopefully, I may get a chance to get back soon.

What are some of your favorite places to visit that make you feel relaxed? For some, it may be a visit to the mountains or the beach.
