After my husband’s latest doctor’s visit, we realized that even though his A1C is trending in the right direction it’s still not great and we need to do more.
Even though my main quest in life is to focus on my happiness it’s the smaller side quests that always help us to obtain that main quest. So in order to help my husband become a healthier person which in turn makes us both happier we are seriously going to be cutting back on our sugar intake.
I’m hoping that by kicking this habit we will feel better and we can get my husband’s A1C back down. I know this will be tough for both of us as we both have a big sweet tooth but I know that in the end, the sacrifices will be worth it.
Not only will we be healthier and have more energy but I’m sure as a nice side effect we will hopefully lose some weight. But most importantly we can get my husband’s A1C down.
