Today has been a day of lots of tiny things that made me happy.

The first, was to find that the molds that I made for the Stargate worked out fantastic, I pulled the resin out this morning poured more resin into the now empty molds, and glued the cured resin pieces to the gate, they are not 100% perfect but they will work out just fine.

Second, work has been nice and quiet today which made for a relaxing day. The weather today has also been rainy and gloomy which is my favorite kind of day especially when I’m at home. And to top off the rainy day, my mother is making us all a big pot of homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner.

Thirdly, last night I was able to get in on a late pledge for a Kickstarter that I wanted to do back in December but I did not have the funds at the time. It’s for this amazing DM screen that looks like a spellbook and has compartments and looks like something out of a wizard’s study.
