The Quest to Stay Positive and How It Helps Me to Deal with Life

As we come to the end of another month I’m looking forward to the next stage of our journey. It kind of feels unreal that we have already zipped through three months this year. I’ve accomplished so many things and still have a long journey to go.

I still focus every single day on having a more positive attitude. I had imagined that my return to the office would be riddled with stress, anxiety, and even sadness. Although I miss my husband I believe that my positive mindset has kept me from being overwhelmed.

This is a good example of how having a more positive mindset can help you deal with what life throws your way. By focusing on the positive you do not allow the negative things to take hold.

The first year I started my happiness journey was a year filled with many things that could have made it a very bad year but thanks to staying focused on my happiness I barely remember what made that a bad year and even better some things that happened and seemed bad at the time now seem positive as if everything worked out for the best.

Even the last couple of years while dealing with the pandemic and all of the uncertainty. I found so many things that made me happy and brought me joy over the last couple of years. I’ve spent the last few years building good habits when it came to my mental health and I plan on continuing with those habits for the rest of my life.
