After such a busy day yesterday, I imagined I would spend today resting and relaxing and that is what I intended but I felt motivated to do one task which led to another and then another until I ended up having a more productive day than I thought I would have.

There is a to-do list of tasks that needed to get done before our trip onboard the Galactic Starcruiser, today I was motivated to customize the droids that we picked up from the Droid Depot

I fixed my R2D2 rolling luggage bag, it has been falling apart for some time, and the plastic that helps it keep its shape disintegrated. It’s also supposed to have light and sound but unfortunately, I had a battery leak and it appears that the battery acid permanently damaged electronics which makes me a bit sad but at least I can still use the case. I added new backing and replaced the plastic.

I’m hoping with time and skill that I hope to learn that I might be able to save the battery casing of the case.

I still need to make a few alternations to some of the costume pieces, some items just need to be taken in. My Twilek Lekku needs to be adjusted just a little bit.

I’m hoping I can wrap these tasks up this week so I can get back to working on the Stargate.
