The Quest to Continue Healing My Sword Arm

It’s 2023 and I seem to still be dealing with my Tennis Elbow, I feel like I have tried everything. I ice up every night and spent several months not playing my video games, I am still trying to avoid as much heavy lifting as possible.

In 2021 I tried Occupational therapy and that seemed to make things worse. After leaving it to time, more steroid shots, and meds I am still no better. My Doctor recommended trying Physical therapy again and I was afraid to do that again not to mention the time commitment.

I am happy because just as I was going to make an appointment to start the therapy I get communication through work about a free Physical Therapy service that I can do from home, I still get to communicate with a Physical Therapist.

Not only are the sessions no more than 20 minutes I don’t even have to leave the house. I have already completed about 5 sessions and so far I have seen a little improvement in my pain levels.

With all that said I did neglect my physical therapy sessions this past week as work was busy and we had folks in the house who was ill. In all, as I type this my arms feel like they are on fire. This coming week I want to start my Physical Therapy sessions from the beginning again. and I am hoping that after I am done I will see improvement.

Not sure if it’s coincidence or not but the at-home Physical Therapy service is called Sword
