The Quest to Find Happiness and Relaxation Through My Little Pony and other shows.

Happiness is discovering that there was a whole season of My Little Pony that I never knew aired and finding the entire season streaming on Hulu. I had stayed on top of this show for so long I don’t know how I missed that Season 9 ever aired.

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is one of the shows that has helped me immensely in the last few years. Whenever I felt stressed or sad I would start watching My Little Pony, watching this show always made me happy and helped me to relax.

I have a couple of shows that help me to maintain my mental health. My Little Pony is one and Mushi-Shi is another. MLP is wholesome and also shares such a positive message while Mushi-Shi has such a mellow style in its storytelling and soundtrack that help me to relax, especially Mushi episodes that feature winter or snow in them.

So during times where I am feeling down or feeling anxious, I always put on one of those two shows or some other show that I know will make me feel good like Great British Bake Off, Hilda, or Anne of Green Gables. I think we all probably have the go-to shows that make us feel happy, what are some of your favorite?
