Sometimes I wake up in the morning with a quest to find one thing throughout the day that makes me happy, sometimes I find it early sometimes later in the day. There are some days I have to do something that makes me happy.
This morning I had one of those rare mornings where I woke up happy and found my happiness before I even got out of bed. I had wonderful dreams and woke up and spent some wonderful time with my husband before we even got out of bed.
I find having wonderful morning like this just sets the tone for the rest of the day, I feel calm and happy and take on the day as if nothing bad can happen.
How can we try to have more mornings like this? Maybe by getting into the habit of thinking about the things we are grateful for before we go to bed and thinking about those things again as we wake up in the morning.
