As it turns out I did not overdo it yesterday and I tried to really be mindful of my limits. I did not have as much back pain as other nights and woke up feeling rested and for the first time in weeks I did not have lower back pain walking this morning.
With that said, I have a task later this afternoon that will require assembling a small piece of furniture, to ensure I have enough energy to complete that task I plan on taking it easier during the day and not pushing too hard.
I think I’m getting better about knowing my limits and learning when and where to spend my energies. It’s funny how our quests can change, my goal for the year is to focus on a more positive mindset but I am finding that I am focusing more on learning what my limits are physically and mentally. Of course, this can just be a cog in my overall goal of being more positive.
