I promised a cool update and here it is, the biggest task to get the gaming room completed was done yesterday. I’ve been reaching out to one of our go-to construction companies (the one that built our office addition) to come to paint the room for us.

The problem is neither my husband nor I have the time or energy in order to get the room painted, what probably would have taken us all day to complete took one guy a couple of hours to get done and he also got it done better than either of us ever could.

I had my husband pick the color and we are still planning on decorating the room inspired by the Meditation room at Paisley Park. We even added some iridescent glitter to the paint that gets a hint of a sparkle almost like twinkling stars.

Tomorrow we will be getting the artwork up and start moving things back into the room. I still need to get chairs for the room and I plan on doing some online window shopping tonight. I plan on having our first game night in the room sometime this month.
