Since my husband was completely preoccupied with NFL Draft this weekend I decided that today I would get together with my best friend and have something we have not had in a very long time.

A Girl’s Day Out.

We went to the mall, did some shopping, stuffed our faces with Taco Bell, and spent some time looking at potential costume pieces for our upcoming Star Wars trip.

Although I was super tired and fatigued by the time I got home today was so enjoyable, it’s not every day I get to just be a girl with someone my own age and do girl things.

And I am actually proud of myself, I only spent like 17 dollars on socks.
