Additional Focus for the Year

I think I have grown a lot in the last couple of days in regards to knowing my limits and managing my energy. Hopefully, I can move forward and be more mindful of what my own body and mind tell me to do.

This is something that I have been struggling with for some time, taking on more than I should result in a physical injury that took a doctor’s intervention to resolve. So I am adding a new focus for the rest of the year which will include to continue being mindful about my limits and also staying on top of my physical self-care and not letting injuries and pain escalate.

I think that adding this to my overall quests for the year will ensure overall self-care for both my mental and physical health. Part of my journey this year is also identifying when and where I can improve myself.
