I’m so happy today because I finished a sewing project.

It had been many years since I’ve sewn anything more complicated than a pillowcase and I tried to get back into the groove with a simple sleeveless summer dress. This was the first time I ever completed a dress that had armholes and neck holes and my biggest challenge was making the neck and armbands.

Of course, knowing my aesthetic I could not help but make a galaxy dress, thankfully I found the perfect fabric at our local craft store.
