The Quest to Have a Better Day then Yesterday

Today was a much better day, I felt loads better and got a lot of things accomplished.

Days like yesterday may not occur often but when they do we should never feel guilty for not being able to complete the things we needed or wanted to do. Yesterday I kept feeling frustrated when I could not figure out what I was working on and I was glad I stepped away from it and today saw it from another perspective.

A good nights sleep does so many wonders.
