Tropical storm Elsa is currently on its way. It should be bearing down on us by this afternoon.

In Florida, tropical storms are typically a walk in the park compared to a Cat 3 or Cat 4 hurricane, even though we still have a few things to worry about especially if you live closer to the coastline. But I know what this storm will bring and it will mean 90% to a 100% chance of rain. I do enjoy weather like this at times it gives me a sensation of coziness.

I am already starting to feel like I would prefer to cuddle up in bed under a fuzzy blanket instead of working on some of my tasks. It does become difficult to stay motivated.

I did finally finish the cloak for my Romana 1 costume from Doctor Who, I really wanted to try to make it more fluffy in appearance and I’m confident that I achieved it. I added about 6 white feather boas to the cloak and pipe cleaners sewn into the hood to allow it to take shape and not droop.
