Now that the Fourth of July is over my mind is now straying toward the coming Holidays. I am looking forward to decorating for Halloween and even for Christmas.

The Month of October through December has always been my favorite time of year. I get great joy in decorating for Halloween and my husband can attest that every year I try to get my decorations out earlier and earlier.

He does draw the line at August though and I am not really allowed to start decorating until after Labor Day weekend. But there is nothing to stop me from starting to make decorations or shopping for new items as they are released. Part of the fun is hunting for new decorations that we can add to our collection.

Of course, the one big decoration I’m making this year is the Haunted Mansion dollhouse and also the Stargate. I also have a Haunted Mansion inflatable that I picked up earlier this year to replace the dragon that died last year.

All I know is that I am happiest towards the latter half of the year and I plan to do everything in my power to make sure that the coming months will be filled with joy and happiness.
