I decided I want to Cosplay Bo Katan from The Mandalorian, even though I have seen her character in other shows it wasn’t until the latest season of The Mandalorian that was I inspired to cosplay her character. I’m pretty sure there are a few reasons but I believe the main reason is that I am currently growing out my hair and it’s going to be just the right length for Bo Katan, not to mention my husband loves me as a redhead so when I told him my idea he was 100% on board.

Taking my physical limitations into consideration I decided to outsource what I can to minimize the impact. The 3D-printed armor arrived this week and I am currently working on ways to clean it up and smooth it out with as little impact on my arms as possible.

I am really excited about this build and can’t wait to wear it to Dragon Con and to the Galactic Starcruiser. Just the idea of seeing it finished makes me happy. I was also so happy when the armor arrived as it was scaled to exactly my size and everything fit like a glove.
