As it’s Valentine’s Day and I am a Disney geek I could not help but include some lines from one of my favorite all-time attractions, can you guess what it is?

“Yeah, it looks like the robins are getting ready to celebrate Valentine’s Day today. What year is it? Oh, right around the turn of the century. And believe me, things couldn’t be any better than they are today. Yes sir, buildings are towering now as high as twenty stories. And moving pictures flicker up on a big screen. We have almost 8,000 automobiles in this country, and we can travel by train from New York to California in less than seven days! And I even hear tell about two brothers from North Carolina who are working on some kind of flying contraption. (Chuckles.) It’ll never work.”

Of course, now I have the song stuck in my head, My husband and I will be enjoying our Valentine’s Day here at home where we plan on gaming together for most of the day and having a romantic dinner for two delivered right to our front door later in the evening. But of course, we started out the day in our library enjoying a nice warm cup of coffee.

Even in this pandemic world, we will find ways to spend time with each other and make the day special. Which ways are you celebrating today?
