I am excited, today I finally started sewing my Lady Galadriel Costume. Even though this is definitely an ambitious project I am so excited to get this done. This is a costume I’ve wanted to do since I first saw it in The Hobbit.

So far I finished cutting out all of the fabric and start sewing the first of two dresses, the white dress will be first and then I will focus on the over-dress. Even though the grey dress in the pattern is not a true overdress as the white part is only an insert I am making it into a true overdress.
