Went to the mall for a little while with my mom today and after walking around for just a little while I already felt wiped out. I honestly don’t understand why. It wasn’t even hot this morning and we stuck to the shade but by the time we got back to the car I had to sit there for a few minutes so I can muster back some energy.
I don’t remember having so many issues with the energy, especially after we got into the good habit of walking every day. Once we started walking we both had loads more energy, on average we walked about 3.5 to 4 miles a day but currently, I went to the mall walked around for a couple of hours, and felt drained.
Am I just getting old or am I still dealing with the long COVID?
I feel like this is my life now, I’m afraid that the next time I go on vacation we are going to find that we won’t have the energy to do anything. I know I’m just being paranoid, the fatigue comes and go and thankfully I don’t seem to have to deal with it as often as I did a couple of months ago.
Learning how to prioritize based on my energy levels is still something I’m working on. I really need to figure this out because there are lots of things I want to work on.
